Employment Opportunity - Administrative Assistant 
 
Want to work in a fun environment? Snoman Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant. This is a full time, seasonal position that commences September 05, 2017. 
 
Under the direction of the SnoFund/Office Administrator, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting Snoman staff in providing support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.  As well, provides receptionist functions, along with clerical duties, secretarial support and assists in the administration of special projects.  
 
Qualifications: The candidate must have strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills, including public relations and an ability to promote the organization positively.
 
Microsoft Office 2013 is a requirement and the candidate must be proficient in, Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher and Power Point. Experience in website and Facebook maintenance is also required.
 
Must have completion of Grade XII education. College is an asset.
