Raffle Rules
- If a prize is unclaimed, a second draw will be held in 30 days with the same tickets
- The prizes must be claimed within 30 days
- Every ticket holder has the right to witness the draw
- No age requirement to participate in raffle
- The Raffle Administrator cannot participate in the raffle
- Must be a resident of Manitoba or physically located in Manitoba to purchase tickets
- The winners will be contacted using the information provided on drawn tickets
- One ticket is only eligible to win one prize
Raffle Rules for First Draw – up to $20,000 towards a new snowmobile option:
- A new snowmobile must be purchased from a certified snowmobile dealer in Manitoba
- If a new snowmobile is selected, payment of up to $20,000 will be made by Snoman directly to the dealer
- The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $20,000 prize maximum
- No cash or other prize substitution is permitted
- Snoman is responsible for the GST
- The winners are responsible for the prize pick-ups and all other applicable taxes, including PST
